Of course, he is. The Worst Generation isn't a organisation or a title, it's a classification for upcoming pirates that started their journey and gained prominence close to the Summit War.

Blackbeard is still considered a part of the Worst Generation so is Luffy

Worst Generation are the twelve "worst" pirates that started their proper career in that specific time frame. They are Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Killer, Law, X-Drake, Hawkins, Bonney, Apoo, Capone, Urouge, Blackbeard   Supernova is anyone that achieves a bounty above 100,000,000 before reaching the half-way point of the Grand Line. The known ones are Ace, Cavendish, Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Killer, Law, X-Drake, Hawkins, Bonney, Apoo, Capone, Urouge, Bartolomeo, Caribou, Coribou  Yonkou/Emperors are the four most powerful pirates that control a large territory and have a powerful crew. Known ones are Whitebeard, Big Mom, Kaido, Shanks, Luffy, Buggy and Blackbeard Shichibukai/Warlord is any pirate that is sanctioned by the World Government. Known ones were Mihawk, Jinbei, Crocodile, Gecko Moria, Doflamingo, Boa Hancock, Bartholomew Kuma, Blackbeard, Law, Edward Weevi  Out of these groups only Yonkou and Shichibukai are mutually exclusive. Luffy is currently a member of the Worst Generation, a Supernova and a Yonko. Law during Punk Hazard was a member of the Worst Generation, a Supernova and a Shichibukai

I’m nitpicking but the Supernova isn’t just anyone that gets 100,000,000 before reaching Sabaody, that just makes them a Super Rookie. The Supernova are specifically the eleven that happened to be on Sabaody at the same time (and I think were noted to go on and be part of events that shook the pirate world*). So that would be everyone you already mentioned but NOT Bartolomeo, Caribou or Coribou. *Events Luffy, Zoro - part of the Straw Hats, ‘nuff said Law - helped take down Doflamingo and Kaido/Big Mom Bege - involved in the Totto Land incident Kid, Killer - helped take down Kaido/Big Mom Hawkins, Apoo - involved in the Wano event X Drake - involved in the Wano event, potential to be involved in other incidents in the future due to his connections Bonney - Egghead incident Urouge - nothing yet, but managed to take down a Sweet Commander and it is speculated that he will be involved in whatever happens on Elbaf

That's not true. They're the same term in Japanese, 超新星(スーパールーキー). The Fandom sometimes differentiates between the two terms like you said, but officially they're the same thing. Similar to how Ryo refers to all armament haki in Wano, but fans use it to describe only advanced armament

Yes that is how generational names work. For example If you are Gen Z you will always be Gen Z you don’t switch and become a Boomer when you reach the age of your grandparents despite what the mean Gen Alpha kids call you.

Uwwe44

It just means that he is part of the current pirate generation

Stenric

You can be both, Law was still worst generation when he was a Warlord and Teach has been a yonko whilst being part of the worst generation for a bit now.

alex494

I mean so was Blackbeard

Alakazzzwhat

Why not?

BarbareFurieux

yes, that's something different, his age didn't change
