Noone would question Mihawk>Shanks if he got a portrayal similar to shanks.
But Mihawk has only collected L after L after L in 25Y while Shanks became a Yonko which Scares away Admirals with mere Haki from Miles away or oneshots 3M bounty KID.
This is the reason why people believe shanks isn´t swordsman anymore.
because, if Mihawk>Shanks would be true, at this point in the story, that would make Mihawk PK-Tier Level, but Zoro still has to beat him right? doesn´t make sense.
