“you indestructible little fucker!!” really sticks out to me. I’m surprised the fandom didn’t latch onto it more. It’s such a great description of Izzy and I just love the frenzied, hysterical delivery from Taika. “Hey friend” “OH FUCK YOU!” comes in close second. Nathan Foad’s lines always kill me, but I really loved the way he showed his character’s anxiety and anger so well this season.

I loved many that have already been mentioned, so I'll add when Blackbeard silently appears behind Frenchie, who's gathering medical supplies for Izzy: Blackbeard: "Heee-ey" Frenchie: "Lord above!" A tiny moment, but Taika and Joel's delivery on those was perfect.

Love that part, especially how Frenchie literally sings out 'WHOA-o-o-o-oh!' in startlement just before he says 'Lord above.' I adore evil beautiful jumpscare Ed, so dark but somehow so funny, too.

Yeah! They were both wonderful in that whole scene. The way Taika did those stark transitions in tone, often within the same sentence, was great.

And then later when Frenchie says “hey no one told me this room existed” and Ed goed “shhh”. Both delivered perfectly

I loved that scene especially since it was after Buttons had woke up saying the sea has restorative properties and no one agreed with him 🙏

They say it comes to the comfort of knowing that when he's having "whims" again, that Stede knows he will come back. So he can be himself. Whimsy or not.

Any time they used modern internet slang anachronistically like “that could be huge,” “living rent-free in your head,” “I just did it for the lolz,” “I see you,” “think thin,”“turn poison into positivity,” “these are my favorite jeans,” etc. made me crack up. Stede’s exasperated “OHHH FUCK OFF” when Izzy said “a curse is a curse” the second time was by far the funniest line IMO. But the one that definitely made me feel the most was from >!Stede’s letter in the final episode of the season: “I know we’re not through, I can feel it in my soul. A love like ours can’t disappear in an instant. We’re joined one another. Intertwined. We wrote our names on each other in permanent ink.”!< Instant emotions, instant tears. Even my dad got choked up during that scene.
