Looking at her OW2 skin right now and you're definitely right, but I wouldn't be surprised if her skin is listed as a legendary. If they can call the free ball skin from the Cowboy Bebop event a legendary then her Talon skin is no different.
Playing around in the practice range right now and Iām not hearing anything different, the only sound I heard that was different was the skin equipping noise.

I seriously hope these skins come with new voice lines because it's gonna be so lame if we get evil versions of hero characters and vice versa only for their voice lines to be exactly the same.
Oof and this is arguably the weakest themed season yet. I was hyped for a "Bizzaro" spin but these are all meh at best. And the themed battle pass skins are usually really dope. Easy skip for me. I'll get Mercy Mythic in a couple seasons. Dope for those who are digging the season skins though! Enjoy gang
it's not really bizarro as much as it just flips the roles - Doom got an Overwatch uniform, for example, and Mercy is supposed to be super evil now... it doesn't need to get full bizarro world to just be a "flip" on the story.
Except it is usually also depicting the utmost extremes of that reversal - not just "oh they're the bad guy now" but rather "they're comically evil up to and including twirling a mustache"... Bizarro is definitely in the same vein as role reversal, but Blizzard didn't need to make the costumes *bizarro* in terms of the design (they didn't need evil mustaches on everyone).
There could be voice lines and other things that lean harder into the theme, but the skins are very much still "Overwatch vs Talon" just with the characters swapped.

Because I certainly love playing an evil paladin who goes against the actual character. Totally why I enjoyed bridget, yep. Oh what am I saying, the game barely has lore as it is.
Can they make her more menacingly? Adding more blood stains effect on the mace and a grenade chain on her frontal armour? Bruh they should have outdone this instead of reskin the OW2
