Are you having a stroke???

DeviousDeevo

Yea .*twitches* Help

Trashmouths

No. Don't bother asking people to swap or yell at people for not using ults. They won't listen to you either way, they'll get tilted. It just doesn't work. Just play who you want to and focus on your own performance.

DeviousDeevo

Whys this a team based game then ?

thebearplaysps4

I find that if I ask nicely and logically....team mates will usually be pretty accommodating. But this is overwatch so never forget "some men just want to watch the world burn"

Inuro_Enderas

The question doesn't make much sense, because in every "team based game" people get mad over advice and anything else really. It's just a video game thing, or maybe just a people thing. It's not that you can't ask people to switch, especially if you do it politely (and politely is key here, because otherwise you're really not contributing anything at all). But the reality is just that many people always think they know better, know what others should play and how they should play it, while actually being quite subpar themselves and often giving poor advice on top of it. Which also means that you, and others, should take a lot of advice given in chat with a grain of salt. And people do. And of course there's the people who know full well that they are playing suboptimal heroes, but they do it on purpose, either to troll and throw, or maybe to stubbornly practice. In those cases they won't be switching anyways. So most of the time it will be far more beneficial for you to focus on your own plays, instead of wasting time telling other players what to switch to/ how to play. Though there are exceptions to every rule and sometimes people will even ask what they should switch to themselves, in which case you can safely go ahead.

Then help your team. Why are you trying to get your team to help you? You can’t control other people.

Have yet to see anything of that nature. But can’t you use keyboard to chat just not play? Or is this not a thing for consoles… be easier than using controller to type if you can.

Trashmouths

You can type on console. It just takes forever.

PenguinsArmy2

Voice chat time!! 😁

Krullervo
