I really liked the property shown on the episode where the deal fell through at the end because of that douchebag Jonathan saying something offensive to the buyers. It's the place that had the wood paneling and all the beautiful artsy furniture. I mean, most of the properties are beautiful, but way too opulent and sterile for me. I loved that this place was warm and had character.
It's hilarious a buyer would skip a property to purchase over any comment if they liked it.
It also hilarious his IQ is 145 lolololololol. He sound like he needs an excuse for not having a high school diploma
To be fair, real estate agents always highlight south facing views in high buildings because you get sunrise and sunset views as well as the most sunlight.
I liked the place that the lawyer didn’t end up getting for the family. The place in Tribeca that didn’t have enough privacy. Also really liked the building brooklyn point that tricia was brought in on.
3 story in BK. That’s more my vibe but let’s be real, I’d live in most except the safety hazard 1500 ft in the sky.
How does THAT work in an emergency?
I liked the property Tricia showed in Episode 6, the 3-bedroom with 1455 square feet. The size seemed so practical and the finishes were beautiful. I loved the views of the water and especially the view of the iconic Brooklyn Bridge.

…maybe he just misspoke, but think someone with a 145 IQ would know the sun sets in the West.

hese are high net worth people. They have egos that outweigh what they prefer
Love the vibe of that property too! The little stairs on the living room were perfect for a reading spot
me too! loved it, and the warmth is totally spot on Cozy!
I really liked the property they sold to the high profile couple who sent their lawyer to view the listing
I liked the one they didn’t buy the one in tribeca that didn’t have enough privacy. That place was beautiful
Same, I gasped at how beautiful it was. I would move in there in a heartbeat if I had the money and wanted to live in NYC.
I was thinking this was maybe Zuck or Elon
Definitely not the Muskrat
I really liked the place Chloe got in that up and coming area by cold calling.
I’ll take the Brooklyn brownstone in the beginning WITH the staging please.
Yes!!
I really liked the one that Ryan took Johnathan to, the one with all the great wood features. Honestly, all the properties were gorgeous.
Same. Some of the features remind me of the cabin of a yacht.

The plaza residence
Same! I loved that one too 😍

I loved the one that eventually got rented by Kendall Jenner for $150k. $150 a month in rent is a flex.
I wonder why rent for $150k and not just buy
Bad bunny^
the furniture place for sure - so cozy and edgy. least favourite is Jardim.. it looked so industrial and cold
