I think they are thinking the lawyer is employed by them client personally and not a firm. “In House representation” so he would pull a salary from whatever S-Corp or other business entity the family created. They didn’t confirm this obviously but that’s what the above commenter is talking about.
I dont think she wasn't willing to put in the work, it's the fact that you need to slowly build your own skills and network to sell.. no one is willing to part with their listing to give you one to "try out" at this level.
She absolutely was not willing to put in the work. She essentially said, feed me deals or I'm leaving. That's a laughably stupid thing to say in real estate, especially when you haven't sold a single property. An agent's #1 job is to go get clients for themselves.
See I think she worded it poorly. But you could see her being happy to just be mentored and more involved in selling properties. She wanted more opportunities and mentorship to get into sales, rather than staying in rentals, where she struggled to make ends meet.
Has there been any leaks or suggestions who the private client could have been that the lawyer was repping? I’m so curious what everyone is speculating now watching the full season.
If you afford a lawyer to do the visit when they are paid hourly well you do have the budget
Most likely that lawyer is on salary. Not hourly
The large majority of lawyers and law firms use billable hour models

She is fierce. No drama. Her and Tricia are my favorites so far.
Yes they are so professional
I was surprised they didn’t show more of Savannah’s journey with new rentals or entering and really centered her in drama on the show
I think the purpose of her was to show someone who wanted more than she was willing to put in.

Absolutely this!
That was a baller move!
They would have to up their budget to get all the features they wanted. She knew it and I’m sure the buyer did too.
I agree. This is the best real estate show in general.

The description matches the royals but probably not lol
Why a problem with the stairs though? I feel like it's gotta be someone old or something.
Or with young kids coz they trip and stuff. Although they should outgrow that. So maybe a disability? (Just throwing out ideas)
A Google search shows they live in Santa Barbara
I wish I knew how to find out 😂
This deal was MAJOR!!
She is a boss.
she’s so beautiful
