Oh my gosh you look amazing!!! You look a few years younger too! This looks more like a throw back pic then your weight loss success 😄🙋♀️🥳🥳🥳👏👏congratulations
You are in a healthy. Bmi that is just a tool used to determine obesity or under weight which doesn’t account for muscle. For instance, pretty much all the big body builders would be considered obese because they weigh so much at their heights, yet they have 3% body fat. You look beautiful in both photos!
Did you have any sort of additional workout routine as well? Or mainly focus on diet? I feel like we have similar starting body types but I'm 5'6". This progress post gives me hope! Congratulations on your successful weight loss!
I’m going through a traumatic divorce and had 100% custody of my kids until just recently, so I haven’t been able to focus on the gym as much as id like. I’ve been going 1-2x per week and only doing weights at this juncture.
I’m starting a more regimented routine now but will still only be focused on strength training… I feel like I have so much loose skin, which I know is normal, but ready to fill out some muscle
I'm so sorry you're going through that. I hope you are so proud of your success. It is hard to stay committed to your health when you're dealing with stressful shit. You look great!
I've lost almost 70 lbs. back to my thinnest ever which is pretty thin and I have a fair amount of loose skin too. I've started researching what lifts I can have with minimal scarring. I used to work for a dermatologist, so I know that unfortunately, surgery's my only option.
Wow. That looks like so much more than 50lbs to me. You look incredible. I’m curious how tall you are and do you have a SW/CW you are comfortable sharing? If not I totally understand. Great job
To be honest I probably was more 75lbs heavier in the first pic. I was pregnant there and gained another 25 but it’s just the most accurate full body pic I have because I refused to take pictures when I was at my biggest.
I’m 5’4 - I started Oz at 205 and am 154 right now.
My entire weight loss journey was 225 at beginning of pregnancy and then 255 at birth - lost the 50 lbs and wen to 205 just doing keto and 16:8 IF - but couldn’t break through the 205 plateau so that’s when I started Oz in August and it’s worked like a miracle for me!!
I'm so similar to you. Gained 80lbs with kids. My oldest is 7 and I can't get past 210. I'm 5'6 work out 5 times a week weight training and do cardio daily. Eating about 120g protein daily mostly fruit, veg, protein. Drinking soo much water and my weight isn't moving.
Similar to you I am going through a divorce and I was wondering if it's all just cortisol. Glad to see you has crazy amazing results. I just got a prescription today for wegovy and am so nervous to try it.
Are you off the meds now? How do you feel? You look fantastic!
Thank you so much!❤️❤️
It’s expensive - didn’t realize it was $90😳 random, but I was thinking of listing it on Poshmark - if our measurements are similar I’d be happy to sell it to you way cheaper! I’m never going to wear it again, it’s quite the statement piece 🤣

I also adjusting my eating habits but honestly that came by default. I can’t tolerate any greasy / heavy foods and really VERY rarely drink alcohol now bc the hangovers are so terrible. So I’m sure that helped.
I put on another comment that I’ve also tried to eat keto-ish. I def still have carbs but I just try to do very low or no carb options any time I can. I lost my first 50 lbs doing just keto / IF (so I’m technically down 100 lbs total, just 50 of it is ozempic)… so I always recommend either of those if you hit a plateau! I did 16:8 IF and it worked super well for me.
As a person recovering from unhealthy food tendencies, keto feels “easy” to me bc you can still have so many fun foods - cheese, steak, bacon, RANCH, dips, eggs, shrimp, etc. So it doesn’t feel as restrictive
Wow amazing!! You look phenomenal. Can I ask what dose you are on? I’m on .25 and don’t feel a thing at all. No side effects or changes with food cravings. I need to do another week of .25 before I go up to .5. Curious on your protocol
I’m on 1.5. I followed the standard dosing up by .25 for 4 weeks at a time til I hit this dose! I am a rarity because I lost 30 of the lbs during the time I was titrating up - my body just responded super well to the medication from the very start
This is very inspiring! I'm on my first week of Oz at 260lbs. 5'7. Your pics have motivated me to get to the gym and not just use Oz as a crutch but more of a lift.
Congratulations to you and keep posting here you'd be surprised how much it motivates others !
Thank you so much! Going to the gym has helped a lot with loose skin I think and just overall my mental health.
Good luck on your journey!! It really has been a miracle drug for me but it still requires a lot of discipline so you should be very proud of yourself for taking the first step!
Thank you! I started August 23rd. For the last 2-3 months I have definitely not taken it as religiously (skipped weeks, half doses etc) just because I’m so close to my goal weight.
I started at .25, .5, .75, and then went up to 1.0…I’ve stayed at 1.0 because I was still losing. I’m one of the lucky ones and actually lose like 25lbs just on the first 3 months I was titrating up. I wasn’t expecting it at all but it just was super effective for me as soon as it hit me for some reason, even on the lower doses.
I’m planning to wean off and basically be full keto / IF for the rest of my life after that. If the weight starts to come back I’ll restart it, but I do feel like I could maintain. I want to continue using for probably another year just so my body gets used to being this size etc to give myself a starting chance. My provider said that we’ll go to a maintenance dose when I hit a BMI of 25 but honestly that’s probably what I’m doing now. I really only inject every other week right now, sometimes every 2 weeks
This is so inspiring. You look like a SNACK, girl. Wow. I am starting my journey this Sunday. I feel like I carry weight in a similar way. Do you have any other conditions (PCOS, Hashimoto’s etc)?
You also went from 48 to 28. Wow.
Haha thank you! I’m 37, so the 28 is the best compliment I’ve gotten on this post🤣❤️
No way!!! You don't look 30!!
Omg thank you so much!!😍😍😍
I’m 37 trying to lose 50lb too! This is very encouraging!b
Even younger, beautiful!
Holy shit you look INCREDDDDDDIBLE
Adding to say your jaw shape is chefs kiss
Hahah thank you! It’s so weird to not have my chin just melting right into my neck🤣🤣
Thank you sooo much!❤️
At first glance I thought you were taking a pic with freakishly tall women 😂
Me too! I was like, “ Wow!! Those are giants!”
Yet another photo, where you’ve gone from looking like a ‘mom’ to the young daughter?! Amazing OP! You must delighted and just loving life!
Cute outfit too
Yes! Can I get a link for the boots?
Absolutely fantastic. Well done
Oh my gosh you look amazing!!! You look a few years younger too! This looks more like a throw back pic then your weight loss success 😄🙋♀️🥳🥳🥳👏👏congratulations
Thank you SOOOO much!!! This comment made me smile so big!🥰

Also, BMI was arbitrarily adjusted to have 25 as the healthy number in the mid 90s. It used to be slightly over 27 for women iirc
You look amazing! 🥳
You’ve become a Barbie !!! So beautiful !! Congrats !!

How bad is the loose skin? You look amazing. What part of the body has the worst loose skin?
I’d say my hip dips and then I’ve had kids so a little on my stomach. But honestly it’s not bad at all

You look amazing 💕 I’m really struggling on it, did you just do the pen or did you also adjust your eating habits and exercise?
