Of course it is possible to change your body shape. Lift some heavy weights, prioritizing leg workouts. But don't forget about your back and shoulders for that nice hourglass physique. While building muscle you also want to shed some fat. Make sure you eat high protein, minimally processed diet of homemade meals. I'm not "prescribing" any specific calorie range, because it depends on several factors. Also, take in enough water, fiber, healthy fats, micronutrients... In terms of carbs that depends on your case, but high quality, wholegrain ones should be okay in moderation. Unless you have a job that involves a lot of walking, try to stick to a daily step goal too. That is minimum 10k. Now, this is a slow process. You need to be very, very patient. One year from now, I promise that your transformation will be spectacular. And the longer you stick to this lifestyle, the better you will look and the more proud you will feel ☺️

Medications can also help this. I’m still more apple shaped than I would like but after a year + of metformin and power yoga I’m definitely more hourglassy
