Take them with meals? This is the blind leading the blind since I don’t always remember also but maybe get another pill box to go in your bag with you (not just the giant weekly organizer) so you can take them out and about when you eat?

I have reminders and a pill box with three sections per day. I fill the pill box once a week. I would say I take 75% of things regularly and at the right time, which is the best I’ve been able to do so far. I also have a daily checklist on my wall. Managing chronic health with adhd is so hard lol it’s like doubly unfair. But the combo pill box/iphone reminder/daily checklist seems to work mostly.

I’m pretty good about remembering to refill it because I love any excuse to stay up later and watch TV, and that’s when I refill it hah. And yes, totally relate to eventually ignoring things. I switch up the reminder/checklist every few months

I don’t have much helpful advice but I’m in the same boat. The pill boxes have definitely helped but I still forget sometimes. It’s mainly been the inositol recently that I keep forgetting because it’s a powder and I cant fit the packet in my pill container so I’ve only been taking that a few times a week recently. As someone who struggles with any kind of consistency though, I feel your pain. Hoping you find something that works for you!
