I sometimes get it where it shows a longer cooldown on the timer. but if you tap on the cooldown timer it will show the last activity that triggered a cooldown and can gauge it from there.
I knkw u fixed it but I sometimes get one when I'm still walking around even tho I'm catching a raid pokemon, I had to walk back to where the raid was in order to make it stop

Yeahh maybe it's a visual bug
Click on the timer and teleport back to the last action location, and this will resolve, altho your last action location is only 100m away 🤣
