I get this whenever I get an adrenaline boost or do more extreme physical exertion

harrietelderberry

Yeah I get these as well, especially after overexertion (which can mean different things at different times, whatever my body feels like apparently). Mostly in my hands, but my legs can join in as well

romanticaro

when i was growing up i’d chatter my teeth uncontrollably for hours and no matter how much food i ate it wouldn’t go away. looking back i wonder if it was due to the pots.

BluntKitten

Yea, but I thought it was my Lexapro. Now I’m wondering.

nokenito

When I do too much me too. I take extra electrolytes and that helps. Looks like you are experiencing what’s called an adrenaline dump from doing too much.

afavorite08

I get these. They don’t always seem to be triggered by exertion, so I have no idea what’s going on.

krustysocks6666

yes especially after doing dishes my hands will also sometimes go numb not my whole hand tho only my ring and pinky fingers

Dawn_by_the_sword

Increase salt it helps

Justwigglin

Yup. It is one of the signs I use to gauge how bad I'm doing. If I'm starting to get shaky, I need to sit and rest.

Zyndrogal

I was curious and came on the sub to scroll and this is actually happening to me right now!! I get them in my legs and hands, it feels like my legs are jelly and my hands jitter real bad. The heat and humidity are kicking me in the face right now - I'm on 20mg Focalin XR and 25mg Toprol XL, when I tried guanfacine as an off-label ADHD trial it sent me to the floor with similar symptoms. I haven't noticed any exacerbated symptoms with my current meds, though, even with the Focalin.

romanticaro

man, i’m on vyvanse and i feel you except i’m currently getting tested to see if i’m having tics or seizures. the heat certainly does not help. 😭

justchelseact

I've had my hands shake like this after standing for too long doing chores

Livid_Worldliness523

Yes especially when I carry things or exert myself. I got some silicone straws to help me drink water when I can't lift the bottle bc my hands are shaking

lovemychi

I get this, I have to sit and rest for the rest of the day. I have to get sodium and fluids. Being up too long, heat.

Potential_Ad_6205

Yes, quite often. Just got back from a neurologist appt and they stuck a needle into my leg standing and measured the tremor at a 7 so now I’m on primidone and it seems to be helping a little. But, I feel it’s often triggered like most of my symptoms towards over exertion being my HR was 170 bpm right in front of the doc just standing.

gotkube

Yup. Those look familiar. I suffer through it, but I find holding kitties helps :)

Neziip

I get them often but I don’t acknowledge them much because there’s always something else wrong too

foldyourhandschild99

Yep. I shake so badly if I start really moving around and exerting myself. It always makes me think my blood sugar is low, but when I’ve checked it before, it’s not. I get so shaky, overheated/sweaty and just overall feel bad if I stand for too long, am out in the heat/humidity, do too many chores at once.

Thecolorgrey05

I fairly often experience full body tremors where it’ll honestly look like my body is convulsing, having a seizure.

SuUpr_Tarred_1234

I have such bad tremors that they’ve severely impacted my whole life. My dentist told me to use plastic not glass for drinking. But mine aren’t as rapid as yours in the video. Your tremor is high speed!

arasharfa

I had this all the time from minuscule tasks like wiping the kitchen counter. Last week I had a stellate ganglion block and it’s put my symptoms into remission! I had a small flare up last night from overdoing things for too many days in a row ( it’s so hard to pace when you finally have energy to do things! but it went away over night.

Ealumin

Yep. It usually starts in my hands and then moves to my head.

Mentally-ill-per

Yup, I get em when I'm anxious, tired, just overwhelmed with adrenaline, or drank too much caffeine. Never figured out how to slow/stop them, so I just live with it

Questionofloyalty

Yes. I manage to calm it down by cooking myself down. It’s really weird. I overheat without knowing I’m overheating. It doesn’t work for everyone but it’s a god send for me. That and drinking ice cold water and electrolytes just in case as well.

OrientionPeace

I’ve discovered that proper supplementing and time healing my nervous system has immensely improved this (and many other) symptom. Worth looking into the topic of b-vitamin dosing for tremors and other nervous system supports.

damuse09

Get these when I over exert on my feet. Most recently when trying to change the sheets on my bed (damn fitted sheets). It's a sign for me to lie down and maybe take an extra metaprolol. Usually passes in about a hour.

Forsaken_Nebula7054

I get them terrible

coldwarspy

Had them yesterday.
