Definitely! I only bought a couple of outfits so I could start playing around with mix n match. I just wish all outfits had the same colorway options so it was easier. Like some outfits have three combos and others have 3 different combos. Give me all 6 for all outfits (or however many colorways there are, I just want them all on all outfits).
I think it would be great if each item was individually priced and then you could buy the whole outfit as a set. Or- let us customize our own bundle option!
They'd make so much more money this way if allowed and the shop would work way better.
Bring out bag options too, shoes, and hats! People love accessories!
Just to be a hater, I would feel that's unfair to people who play the game without help from irl money. Everyone should grind and suffer. Put in the work instead of throwing money at the problem.
I'm really just being a sore player. Bc when they change stuff in the game like housing addition costs being lowered I automatically think, "no fair! make them suffer!" As a new player I thought I'd never get enough gold coins to afford everything, but now I've surpassed that and am actively wasting coins or trying to give away gems in the chat to new players that could actually use it.
I do think they could very easily implement them not working towards the accomplishments. If I'm not mistaken, there are starred gifts given to us from the villagers and they don't count towards the accomplishments either.
But I have the ability to grind for hours and hours to get the things I need. That's not reality for most players and it does kind of suck that many people get frustrated and feel they have to stop playing. It's good to know when you need a break instead of forcing yourself to do something you love and ruining it.
There is a difference between nerfs in a game and offering players the ability to throw money at things to advance. Part of what made Palia a GOOD f2p game is the fact that they make their money off cosmetics. Could they make more money in the long term by offering resources? Maybe. But it would severely sour the player base. People are tired of having to throw money at games to advance or be "good"
That would be an instant uninstall and never play again for me. That's a line that they can't cross since it breaks their engagement of selling only cosmetic items and you know where that leads!
A fear I have is that if the shop continues as is. With such limited cosmetic then it will turn more predatory like Dreamlife valley. Especially after Beta is done. My sister loved that game but then it became impossible to have anything that looked cool unless you dropped lots of money 🥺

Yesss, although even then I'm not interested unless we can CUSTOMIZE THE COLORS OURSELVES. The preset color pallettes are trash, and we'd need at least 15 per item to make that system even remotely viable. S6 is allergic to money apparently.
