* Battle: At 4 star Heart Drain, I'm usually back at full health at the end of each battle, regardless of how much damage I've taken (backed by my stats and gear), plus survivability against bosses (less so for her, but her health is relatively topped up by it). She's pretty spry and hard to hit unless the enemy is using homing or singular projectiles, so she's often getting off more than anything she faces. Â
* Base: Starting with level 2 in Handiwork and Transportation is nice, and at 4 stars with the extra player work speed passive (plus my amulet), I'm basically a base Pal, and she's my assistant. There's a lot getting done between the two of us.
* Design: I used to be in the camp of being weirded out by Lovander, but I guess if you stare at something long enough... I get it now. My only gripe is the texturing up close, as she can sometimes remind me of a stuffed animal, rather than a sexy reptile.Â
* Loot: Memory Wipe meds and cake are rare and super useful. Strange/Suspicious Juices are mostly for the laughs. Mushrooms are a good snack when cooked up.Â
Overall: 9.5/10.

You say that, but have you ever read Lovelanderâs description? It doesnât sugar coat it, he/she will breed with humans. You just have to keep trying, like with pandas in a zoo
I did read it, it says that they recently wanted to start wanting to have a night with humans, but as you can see if you actually played the game, you literally can't even pick up humans to through them in the breeding farm
Surprisingly... a good Pal (Partner) that has lifesteal (Didn't know **Felbat** can lifesteal too till very late-game). Also a decent/good Tank, I just give it a Poison Blast, Ignis Blast and Acid Rain.
The only time I discovered that it has lifesteal (Found out in the mid-game) is when I was re-reading description and checking Pals passives.
Pocket Pair did a good job with just going nuts with the concept. Being as blatant about it as possible without being explicit. Makes it super hilarious, considering there is so much furry bait in Pokemon, Salazzle being extra teasing and there Lovander is basically saying: "Yes she fucks humans."
I think Lovander is a riot. I just love the casualness of being in combat with mine. But yeah, also genuinely pretty useful.
On my solo playthrough, at a high enough level, I've taken a squad of male Lovanders all named respectively after fictional sluts. A classic being Asmodeus and the one I cackle about being Hisoka. Bless skill fruits letting me have a balanced squad to roll up with.
The animations are goofy and fun, and the partner skill is pretty useful. Normal type isnât the best but it isnât the worst either. My only complaint is that I donât like the âsexual assault lizardâ vibe of Lovander but thatâs pretty much it.
I put 15 of them on a mining base so they can also transport, forgot and when I went back to the base I got swarmed by all 15 of them. I now don't go to that base.
Felbat is generally better for combat, but it's a neutral pal so only one boss in game is super effective in putting it down, but like gorriat it can dish out unhindered damage against everything
So I guess best way to put it, if you don't need to min max damage like on a hard sever it's great. If you do go for felbat for everything except axel
I think itâs hilarious. Was weirded out at first, but watching it saunter around the camp is pure goofiness.

I really like Lovander. Sure, their vanilla design is kinda on the "deliberate uwful" side but add a visual overhaul mod and they can be the among the prettiest pals. Also their lifesteal passive ability can be extremely useful 
I personally don't like it very much, but it still is perfection.
It just shows the devs understanding of their customers, yes we all know that those people exist, their willingness to give their customers what they want, and how they don't care at all about the opinion of people who aren't and won't be their customers.
It's life stealing abuility is nice, and is generally decent on base. Its design and drops are... Yeah, but overall not bad.

My only real complaint about them is that they are normal type, which limits their utility for end-game play.
They're pretty baller early and mid-game. Before Anubis, their production capabilities are pretty top notch.
