Cut up the pepperoni into smaller pieces, mix the cheese and pepperoni pieces, then microwave them for 15 to 30 seconds. If you have it add shredded sharp cheddar before microwaving.
Add Melinda's pizza hot sauce on top of the sauce. Cut the pepperoni into 4. I use one each a pepperoni and a cheesy pizza Lunchables. Do you know the trick of putting the cheese in the tray? Then flipping the sauced pizza and dipping it in the cheese. It gets the cheese covered more evenly. Microwave on 60% power for a minute. Then 30 seconds or more on full power. Enjoy!! Did you know that the pizza dough is not the same size on the pepperoni and cheesy pizzas? One of them is a bigger disc!!
