I thought the CRB spells had already been rated. Anyway it's terrible, just inflicts a disease, which simply isn't ever going to be useful to PCs. Touch Range Drained 1 on a fail is hardly impressive.

Well its thematic and something that could be used against the players by an evil/vengeful enemy. But its not useful in combat.
