Ripon Athletic is a Wisconsin based jersey company that has worked with the nfl in the past. They made the Packers game/practice jerseys for awhile.
They used to make the sand knit jerseys from the 70s/80s/90s as well
They made a limited amount of authentic jerseys back in the day that were available to purchase including the 2009 Pats throwbacks. They are extremely rare jerseys to find out in the wild nowadays. Reebok was still the primary jersey supplier for the nfl at that point tho so not many people were even aware that Ripon Athletic sold these authentics
Pretty sure they still make the Packers’ jerseys (they remain the only holdout in the Nike era; teams like Philly and Carolina also continued to wear them for a while before eventually switching to Nike templates)
A shame we haven’t seen these since 2009. I also love those helmets as opposed to the regular throwbacks. The two red stripes look better than the two red stripes with the blue down the middle.
