Hirschfeld was a famous artist known for his line work. In each of his illustrations he [**hid the name**](https://tumblr.austinkleon.com/post/41445764290) of his daughter, Nina.
If there was a number after his signature, that was the number of times the name appeared in the piece. If here was no number, it appeared only once or the piece was done before the birth of his daughter.
Oh, that is cool, I really like that,those Illustrations are amazing. my style is very tight. I’m always trying to develop a new wave doing the opposite between these types of drawings. These types of drawings that I do are rather technical, or least my approaches. I like to try to experiment with different ways, between the big versions of these drawings, and just allow it to be more organic and loose. I’ve been working on a style of art and conjunction with this that I call that I call Rorschach ink blot drawings. Basically, I spill ink on the page, I think about what it looks like to me, and then I try to create intricate drawings out of the mess. So between those two styles like to mess around, play, experiment, test the limits. I recently did a 24 x 36 massive word are on the subject of mental health. I asked 1000 people on Reddit to give me different words that they would describe what it feels like to suffer from mental health disorders, I took their words and I created a big piece from it. Thank you. It’s all about the concentration of lines vs the white of the page in contrast. Like cross catching but no overlap and with more value to the lines incorporated.
