My question is where can i buy the proper Phanteks ph-f120D30 Black case fans. Ssens to Wootware dnt have in stock all year round. Can ant give me a tip where to look for .
This is the right ratio, remember 2 in 1 out. You want to keep positive pressure in your case, to keep the dust out, well as long as you have filters on the intakes.
This one's the NV 7. Look buddy could you do me a solid? You seem to know about what could be improved here.. let's just say I had the nv7 and no fans no aio or any equipment at all.. what would you require from start to finish in terms of cooling? Anyway bro thank for respnding without a joke
This case screams for watercooling. Visit r/watercooling. Even if you stick to air cooling, you should really get 12 Chromax fans and fill all places with fans. Config like shown in the manual on page 16.
Hello! It's amazing I was just thinking that same thought. Could you listen to me? Looking at my picture up there what opportunities do you see for water cooling?
Two similar builds I made with the NV7:

Watercooling needs a lot of planning, Air cooling is simple, just get enough fans and you're good. Its cheap, more reliable, and almost no maintenance required (cleaning from time to time recommended). Watercooling is mostly for aesthetics, but its usually quieter if well designed. With good watercooling today's hardware can boost a little higher and longer, but the little benefits wont justify the costs. If you are really interested visit r/watercooling and go down the rabbit hole!
Edit: But however you decide, please run the cable for front audio through the nearest cutout, the one you already used for the RGB cable.
Peronally I run 1 extra on the intake side to keep well clear of negative pressure issues. That being said my case is likely older than most people in this sub so I still consider negative pressure :P
Tbh its kinda academic with modern cases as they are basically frames with huge fan mounts, my rig is a 20 yo maxi tower with mostly 90mm fans and you have to watch what is blowing where to get her running right.
Anyhoo, positive pressure is preferable to negative in my case as it means the case is naturally wanting to push air out the exhaust to equalise between the two, more air molecules passing over heatsinks also means more thermal energy is removed. With negative pressure you have exhausts burning extra power to pull that 'vacuum' and also have less air total flowing over the sinks, so less thermal enery is removed.
I would go full spec the whole case with fans. So everything is cool and quiet.
Thanks so every available slot you would would stick a fan in there altogether so 12 in this case?
Yes, 100%. I hated only having 4 fans in that case :)) had to fill it up
Thanks for sharing your experience
I can send you a dm with how mine looks atm if you want to
Would you? it could help thanks

I don’t like heat. It’s harmful, tiring, and annoying. Not like here with fans. Everything is cool and quiet.
Mate i love it! Keep it up
Hm Ok I will thank you Andres!
I feel like this is my new mantra... Front to back, bottom to top. Currently it's setup properly, could just use more spinny murderblades.
You’ll hate my NAS then. A fan at the back and two fans on the bottom pulling in; two 140mm at the front pushing out.

If not on the floor because of dust, I would put the bottom ones as intake fans, and the rest as exhaust fans.
Do 4 on the side and 2 in the back I have this same case doing 3 Top 3 Bottom with Rad and 2 Back Reservoir on side

2 fan exhausted rear. Full fan front & bottom.
I'm confused... This is a NV7, right? You bought 1 of the biggest cases available and you are going to aircool it?

For air cooling I would use the same amount for in and out. So add 1 fan to rear out and 1 to out top.

What issues? doesn't negative pressure help with getting hot air out, keeping your parts cooler?
