This “Violating sanitation laws” Ilang taon na silang nica-call out sa mga nanlilimahid nilang mga trays, spoons, forks, and baso parang di nag-e-effort na mag muka man lang malinis. The cleanest branch I’ve been to is yung franchise ni Kris Aquino. Tapos wala na. Kulang na kulang pa sa cleanliness ng lobby nila. Super bagsak. The service is not that par with most fastfoods too. Parang lahat ng napuntahan kong branch masusungit yung mga cashier.

Ahh I see. Usual na Chowking kasi na pinupuntahan ko nasa MOA (dalawa nandun) and SM Bicutan, I think they are clean naman. I've been to several other Chowking branches once or twice and okay pa rin naman. Although I had experience rin talaga way before na merong sebo sa ibabaw ng Coke drink ko HAHAAH. And I agree sa cashier, minsan mas kausap pa ata yung other cashier kaysa sa'kin (pansin ko recently, rampant unprofessional behavior across all fast food chains). Pero I still think Mang Inasal is worse in terms of cleanliness out of all JFC subsidiaries.

Nagtrabaho ako sa jollibee at mang inasal nung student pa ako though hindi sa Chowking ang pag kaka alam ko Jollibee food corps ang may ari ng Chowking. Sa dalawang chain lahat naman ng standards nila maayos at malinis and may regular audits sila para makita if talagang na aabot ba yung standards na un. Sa crew at manager nalang talaga ng store mag kaka talo. Meron pag kakaiba kada chain sa mga specific na processes nila pero i doubt na gagawin nila given na mabilis lang maka pasok at maka alis mga crew sa ganitong trabaho so if may ginagawa silang kalokohan na ganyan ka-lala, matagal nang nabunyag yan.

I used to work at chowking and they stricrly throw away all the breakfast items past 10. I remember being put in the horrible position of having to throw away an almost full tray of tapa and eggs because it's against policy na kumuha kahet itatapon na. But point is, they're not that cheap to digustingly reuse leftover rice from customers. Though they can really be neglectful with the dishwashing. Napagalitan ako non kase antagal ko daw maghugas. We're supposed to just wash off lahat ng buo buo before putting it into the dishwasher and letting it do the rest.
