Correct me if i'm missing some details but SPUP there in Tuguegarao is the head campus of the SPU System with member campuses spread throughout the country (There's also St. Paul campuses in Manila, Pasig ,and QC) much like UP and La Salle system. They are a major and prominent university system granted by CHED.
Looking at wiki, it looks like the SPU Dumaguete was founded earlier in 1904 compared to SPU Philippines (Tuguegarao) in 1907.

Correct me if i'm missing some details but SPUP there in Tuguegarao is the head campus of the SPU System with member campuses spread throughout the country (There's also St. Paul campuses in Manila, Pasig ,and QC) much like UP and La Salle system. They are a major and prominent university system granted by CHED.

This is true. I worked in a BPO and yung account namin is one of the major credit reporting agency sa USA (T) and I had an understanding on how credit works sa US while working there. Marami akong nakitang credit report na hundreds thousand dollars ang nakalagay na credit nila sa student loan per semester! The solution is to check our immigration bureau, masyado bang lax sila kaya andaming nakakapasok. We cant jut forbid chinese nationals from entering the country as it may further strain our relationship with them. But we must be stringent sa pagpapasok for all types of foreigners. Check their documents, background, etc. Maging kasing-strikto gaya sa US.
