Very impressive upper body definition. The proportions are perfect. The down-side is if you want to add more muscle mass, you'll have to add more muscle mass everywhere to keep the perfect proportions. If I were to fashion a guess, I'd say you have to work on the legs. I'd guess that because you're not showing them. PLEASE do not neglect them: building them up enables you to further improve your core and endurance with in turn will take off that 0.02% of body fat that is still hanging on lol. J/K I don't see any evidence of body fat on you. But I do hope you are working on those legs.

With that much activity, I'd recommend at last 0.5 grams of protein for every pound you weight. So, for example, if you weigh 160 pounds, I'd make sure you are consumming at least 80 grams of protein every day.
