thats interesting because the only shoulder exercise i do is overhead press which i thought was only front delts
Try lateral raises
yea i will but how did my side delts even get big if I didnt do them consistently
Overhead press partially hits side delts
You need to grow the brachialis which sits under the bicep, it helps give width from a front view. It’s trained in hammer curls and reverse grip curls. Hope this helps brother
