Vasectomy was far more painful. I'll take a PA any day.

TurbulentAd5329

Damn... I have a reverse PA.... I'm thinking about having a vasectomy.... You guys are freaking me out.

angrymatt

LOL. Here's the thing right. If they numb you up it's really not bad right then when they are play operation on your twig and berries. It's the healing up afterwards that sucks. A bag of frozen peas and a days rest and you'll be back to work. I was sore for 3-4 days I guess. My PA on the other hand was just a quick pinch and some pain for about an hour. After that it only hurt if I bumped it or something. That's why I'll take the PA. It's over quicker.

reddevil18

So many men just won't consider a PA cuz they fear the pain down there. It really was just like a quick sharp pinch and that was it. The first few pisses after stung like a bitch but was just tender from day 2, day 3 was next to nothing

craig10000

Me too

NElwoodP

Far less with PA, and it doesn’t linger.

Sleeperthereaper

Why do y’all even want a vasectomy?

pornfaperator9476

Probably because of people not wanting babies?

Sporkie92

Husband has his done. He says “it hurts, but not as bad as he thinks.” He has had both a PA and vasectomy. Vasectomy was worse healing.

Friendly_TeddyBear

Wait... Galls vasectomy's hurt???? Y'all got screwed. I felt something for a split second, told the doc and he fixed it and went back to bring pain free.

Bostonontop

Had a vasectomy and a reversal - no probs, awake for both no pain much thereafter. PA - yikes… but not had one. Aged 65 may have left that one too late….?

mcqueen455

There’s also a frenum piercing—just as secure without the potential pissing problems.

Timely_Negotiation63

Or an Apadravya piercing. When it is stretched, you can wear a bar (as part of the cage) with a hole for the urine.

Same as everyone else has said! PA pain was a little sharper at first, vasectomy healing was much more painful. I have an extremely physical job and had 3 days off. A little discomfort here and there when climbing or crawling but otherwise just fine

[deleted]

did you take any time off after the PA?

brank5821

I just did it on a 3 day weekend, got it Friday after work and took Monday off

Economy-Butterfly638

Vasectomy was nothing except the valum never worked for me anxious sweating bullets the entire time

Successful_Bath1200

I have not had a Vasectomy but I know people who have and they said it was uncomfortable rather than painful. I started with a PA but the placement wasn't good. a couple of years later I had an apadravya with the correct placement. My PA and apadravya were a bit painful at the point of the piercing but not as bad as I was led to believe. The apadravya goes right through the urethra so you get the initial pain and then again as the needle goes through the rest of the flesh. It is a good pain more of a rush than painful. As for activity I was back in the gym a couple of days after just to let it settle. Don't get numbed it retards the healing process.

sissyNcarolina

I didn’t even feel my Vasectomy
