if you can find them, a pair of latex gloves has always helped me, it helps you get a tight grip on the ball and your fingers don’t slip, and it should possibly be able to get it off
This probably won’t help you now (if you buy on amazon prime it’ll take 2 days and I don’t know who keeps them in stock), but I recommend getting some serrated hemostats. I use them for all my piercings to get a secure grip on the bases so I can change out the tops and replace them.

So whenever a piercing is fully healed and i swap the jewlery i usually use them to take the ball off lol
Gloves, either disposable or CLEAN/NEW dishwashing type. Deep breath. Stick you tounge out and dry the balls if you can. Grip both balls and turn them at the same time lefty loose righty tighty

This or like, clean paper towels. Something that gives you a better grip and also dries them off a bit.

Lol I definitely read this as scratching testicle “balls” 🤣 I haven’t had any balls with scratching or any jewels with misshapen prongs!
