This would technically work, but you would need to 3 usb ports available on the laptop, one for each CDJ and one for the mixer. Depending on what mixer is available it might unlock Rekordbox performance mode or it might not, and the CDJs don’t. In which case you’d need a subscription.

To be safe Write down elapsed / remaining time of your cue points. It's how I used to do it back in the days on my cdj 400s.
