Germany is hell on earth for doing anything that even resembles piracy, I am surprised people there don't get fined for looking alike.
They randomly block music artists and remixers from publishing their works there because their government is in marriage with record labels and corporate IP holders, something no other country does to that level except maybe Japan in specific cases.

Not true. Pirated Forza Horizon 4 and 5 with the online crack lets you enjoy the game like any other person would who actually bought it. You play on the main, legit servers.

I think you can use software that creates LAN connection between computers. We used Hamachi and Radmin VPN to play some old school command & conquer generals.

What i dont know is how players dont get mixed together when playing of totally different games: Game1, Game2 and Game3 avoid getting mixed together when all of them are just playing the "same game"

A server accepting pirate copy or not is just a matter of changing a line from "true" to "false" in the server config
Last I checked, if the person running the server turned off a setting like authentication then people with pirated copies can play as well.
