At this point the manga is paced slower than the anime. They usually animate one chapter per episode but if they do that it'd be 5 episodes for the whole message (so far), which even they'd think would piss watchers off too much.
I recently watched anime where they have reactions for characters as well, they got 2 second of reaction and returned to the fight, i was confused wtf why isn't there 20 seconds of character reacting to the hero doing something?
Even if it is 15 episodes the fanboys will defend it and say it is the best thing they ever seen.
On the onepiece sub anything short of licking Oda’s pubes is instant downvotes.

I think reaction wont be that bad in the Anime. I believe there will be recap episodes of earlier Things that happened in the show though
