Open approach. No osteotomy done. Columellar droop fixed. Deviated septum fixed + airflow fixed. I was a moderately complex case requiring an alar batten graft and cartilage overlap. About 50% of swelling has subsided - the tip is still highly swollen and will take a year to deswell since I have thick skin.
