Yea obviously a 98% is still very good but it’s not a “functional hundo”. A functional hundo means they have the same exact stats even tho it’s not a hundo, a 98% Groupon has 194 hp while a hundo should have 195 hp. With your logic every 98% mon should be considered a function hundo.
No.. a functional hundo means they have the same exact stats, there’s some specific Pokémon that can function as a hundo as a 15/15/14 but not all of them

Last time they were around I got one shiny Kyogre and no shiny Groudon (not even a good regular one with more than 11 attack), this time I got two shiny Kyogre. I’ve done a handful of Groudon tonight with no shiny luck so I’m going to see how I do during the raid hours tomorrow.
That's sick, I have a 96 Groudon and Kyogre I powered up because they're shiny too, walked a lot to get them both to lv 40, everyone should be proud of the mons they invest in, for whatever reason.
Where are you seeing these stats for the level 50? Pvpoke has them both at 184 at 50.

A fast move takes anywhere from 3-15 health one health difference would only help once in a blue moon the difference is inconsequential it's like saying a thread count is one off so it's not a complete shirt

I never said any 98 is a functional hundo. Only 15/15/14 ones are eligible to be ones like the Groudon in the post.

I got a hundo kyogre, but I’m maxing my shiny 91 because that’s just how I play the game. Shiny adds 10% to me.
