Berry mon with BFS. Ingredient Finder M is far enough at 50. Sounds trivial, but anyway, would keep unless you have a better BFS Vulpix.

Main Skill procs are just a nice extra in any not Skill mon (except Slaking), wouldn't take into consideration unless you are comparing mons.
