That’s a great theory! Perhaps it could be a flying type based on how people think in the future there will be flying objects and stuff, or a psychic type that comes from the future to current day to tell people what the future will be like and how to stop possibly terrible events from occurring, or a ghost type that would represent the inevitable truth that we will all be ghosts in the future. Ok, maybe that last one was a bit too dark lol 😅
Psychic type made out of moonrock for space age, fire type made to look like a dyson sphere for interstellar age, dark type made to look like a stellar engine for intergalactic age and then, as you suggested, a ghost type to represent the heat death of the universe.

Regigigas is from the Paleozoic Age (yes I know it’s an era but I wanted to fit in with the other ages)
It’s Pokédex entry said it towed continents with ropes so it’s possible it’s the one that broke Pangea into pieces millions of years ago and was the one to move the continents to their modern day locations.
The thing I don’t get about Regieleki being the titan representation of the modern age is because: how and why did we just lock it away inside of an old temple?
When I was younger I never really liked or disliked regi’s but as of late I’ve began to really like their design and their cries in the show have always sounded cool to me
i have a fakemon concept of regional variants for the first 3 regis and two new regis that could have aided regigigas into creating the regis, one shaped their bodies and other gave them minds

Color palette of Yveltal, giant Jaw (like most non-elemental bite moves), would have fit the dark/light dichotomy, and would have fit this joke.
A dragon type regi makes no sense.
What would Classic, Bronze, and Early Modern be? Im thinking:
Ground Type - Resembles Clay - Bronze Age
Fighting Type - Roman Gladiator - Classical Age
(Classical age would be cool to have one that looks like marble but I’m not sure what type that’d be other than rock)
Maybe Regieleki is Early Modern and Modern is a Flying type robot (paradox form?)
We could have a water type shaped like a boat for Age of Discovery.
And a flying type shaped like a rocket for the space/aviation age.
And a fire or posion type for now because... Global warming.
What other types would be what other era's?
Bug or poison could be the prehistoric microsopic bacteria algae age, Water could be whenever humanities great flood happened, Ground or ghost could be like ancient civilisations or empires like Roman or Egyptian
I've heard a version of this theory before, but I always assumed Regidrago represented the Mesozoic-- the Age of Reptiles that happened before the Ice Age.
