She's already been adjudged as biased by the 11th CCOA based on her handling of the initial recovery of files. The chance that she's actually going to try this case is pretty low.
If I were a republican strategist, I would want her off the case too. Given the gravity of this case, I would want some old school Bush Senior appointed judge who dots every i and crosses every t. This has to go down by the book, it is litterally writting the book.
So it appears you can make this stuff up. This is one of the reasons I hate this sub. The lines are so blurred between reality and comedy, so lines like "you can't make this stuff up" can amplify humor when it's true, but when it's not, it just muddies the water.
Her rulings when this first came out were trashed by her peers. It doesn't matter this isn't actually her it's a satire. She can't be the judge in this case due to bias.
It does matter that it's not her because the ops title suggests otherwise. The challenge with this sub is that sometimes reality itself provides the humor. Other times it's the satire that provides the humor. But when it's not clear which is which, It just becomes noise and you're left trying to figure out if something is true or not before you can get the humor. That's a pretty quick way to kill humor.
