Anyone who’s ever seen trump swing a club and has played golf, knows that guy sucks. I wonder how all the other club members feel about him cheating like that. Unfortunately, being a member of that club means you’re used to kissing someone’s ass to stay rich.
At this point calling what he does cheating almost feels like giving him too much credit. "Cheating" implies that he's actually going out on the course and using nefarious means to get a better score. Like moving his ball to a better lie, or kicking in that putt that just missed. That kind of thing.
But it sounds like he doesn't even bother to do that. He just claims to have played a round at some other time and insists that his completely made up score should count.
I don't get why anyone would want to be a member of a Trump club or stay at one of his properties he still manages besides being fanatically devoted to him or seeing it as a way to buy influence. I assume he did something to attract members and guests prior to running for office but it's hard to imagine him not cutting corners, offering shoddy food/services or ripping people off left and right in a way that would especially turn off the wealthier set who seem to be the key clientele for his properties.
That reminded of how they were keeping track of how much Traitor Tot played golf while president. The final tally was 261 rounds, or one every 5.6 days.
All I can think of is:
Somewhere in the clubhouse is a "real" club championship leaderboard, where the club's actual golfers post their scores.
Question is -- what do they tell Trump this board relates to?
Food & bev spending levels? Number of federal indictments? Shoe size?
