Is his new strategy to produce so much evidence against himself that it takes until after the election for the prosecutor to enter it into court records?
Don't get your hopes up so high folks. There is a mountain of evidence, but it's a really open question as to whether this will be considered a Felony or Misdemeanor. The application of the criminal law that would make this a felony has never been used like this before. IDK whether the odds are 80/20 or 50/50 as to whether he'll get a felony conviction or a misdemeanor conviction.
A lot of this case really depends on whether you can convince the jury that Michael Cohen is telling the truth. The other cases are far more iron clad with a near 0% chance of victory for Trump. This case is more like a a 30% shot for Trump.
It all depends on how the defense frames the evidence. So far, they have done a bad job in their opening statement, saying, "There's nothing wrong with trying to influence the election." Intent has to be proven and they just admitted it was about the election. The defense team left no room for reasonable doubt that it was about protecting his image as a celebrity; not winning an election. He really hires the best people.
βErm, so yeah, you did try to overthrow the government, but since itβs your first time, weβll let you off with a warning.β
-The court, eventually
I'm looking forward to the Georgia "Attempted interface of election" including the audio tape of Trump telling them to find the votes and witnesses.
And the classified documents case with him declaring he doesn't have them, that he returned them, that he looked everywhere for them, they were planted by the FBI and he can keep them because he wants them and he declassified them by thinking it.

There's a lot of corroborating evidence for Cohen's testimony.
