That does sound cool! For the moment I’m just trying to make something for people without source or anything to design one online, but I definitely will take that into account!

I think it's going to be better for any potential future workflow on that subject if you think in terms of the relevant data structures right ahead, even if only internally. Well... this would be a picture output, and possibly a GLB file. It isn't anything relating to source, and simply a 3D Wheatley file I found, (have successfully found a way to change eye image over an hour using stuff not in my engine) and then you should be able to just upload a 250x250 image file to be the new eye. This have been difficult to make in GDevelop, and I'm quitting that engine. I might try and use Unity, but I don't know if I can on my main laptop: no admin. I'm going to need to find a different engine, and will try and make this into a thing. Thanks for the reply!

I’m working on it! I just achieved changing the eye by spending an hour changing stuff in a GBL Wheatley file with an online tool, by changing the texture and stuff, so now you just upload a 252x252 file and it’s the eye. Can’t quite figure out how to change the eyelid or eye size, let alone start out with making a program that does any of that… I might need to switch to a different engine…

It would be using a core texture of a GLB file..... It's supposed to be able to take an image that you upload (250x250) and make that the new eye, then output in a... image file. Nothing relating to source *yet*. I might try to make something to help replace things from the game, for example you can make Wheatley's eye green or make it a cow, or any other image, but for now I don't know...
