I switch from east to EU often. I believe the match making is sorting a lot out ever since the game grew. A lot of newbies and a lot of new golds and higher idk can be wrong 🤣
Your hidden mmr factors a lot in this. I’m in diamond bracket on Omeda.gg and consistently have 5+ minute queues. At night sometimes it can be up to 20+ minutes because it’s trying to find people in your relative MMR. The higher you get, the longer it generally takes.
I have never waited longer than 1.5 min for a pred game. If I do I leave queue and join again and it finds one within 30 seconds.
I have done this in every game with matchmaking I have ever played lol. Definitely my 1st instinct vs waiting for 10+ min
Ye got the same this morning around 11AM (and similar yesterday around the same time).
17 minutes in queue, somebody failed to accept, another 6 minutes, again failed and then around 7 minutes to find a brawl match. All together 30 minutes in a queue.
We probably played together mate :D
A lot of players on the west coast play NAEast because it has a higher player pop, further reducing the potential players to queue with on NAWest. I'd suggest trying NAEast, the ping isnt that big of a deal.

I'm pretty sure it's a bug, me and my friend never get more than 30 seconds, if it takes a minute or two we cancel and rejoin and a game is always found within seconds.
Pretty much no game like this has 0 matchmaking in any mode. There is always at least a small amount of matchmaking and elo, even if it's not very visible.
I waited 35 minutes the other day for a Brawl match on Europe, only to go piss right when it found a match. Came back to my screen unqueud.
Brawl on Europe is dead during the day and late at night. The only times where you'll find one within 1-5 minutes is early evening.
Have a second account where you let someone who sucks play that way the mmr stays low and you can get the 10 second queues 😂
Always restart the queue after 2 mins.

Just request after 3/5 minutes. Most of the time it will solve the issue.
I I haven’t been on much because of life since mid May but before then queue times weren’t this bad. Is this all since the Aurora patch update?

I don’t have queue times like this. If it is this long I usually just close and re open the game and it seems to find a lobby faster.
This isn’t a bug, it depends on your elo bracket. I consistently have 5+ minute queues. Late at night I’m waiting 20+ minutes every game.
This is brawl. I'm quite certain there is no internal elo for brawl.

A lot of us are at work atm, or school. Queue might be busted, requeue or you might just have to wait for a while
Or just not enjoying the current meta so playing less...
