I have 2 ideas in mind. I really want an Irelia character from league that can dash to minions and her dash resets on executed minions/heroes. I think her kit could be really unique and fun in a 3D MOBA.
I also want a Broodmother type of hero except I want their ultimate to be similar to Skarner ult from league where they grab a target and can pull them into their team.

Can we get a Lara Croft & Nathan Drake skin for Sparrow and Twin. As much as it pains me not to have Dual Pistols Lara over Bow & Arrow Lara, it would be the only way to have them both in the game unless both skins go to Twin which I technically wouldn't mind. Unless we get another female carry..

Jak and Daxter.
•Passive: Collects "Eco" from killed enemies/minions/jungle mobs.
Eco comes in different amounts and colors.
Red Eco: Gives small damage buff.
Green Eco: Heals small amount of health or gives shield if health is full.
Blue Eco: Small movement and ability cooldown buff.
Dark/White Eco: Only drops from enemy players, large jungle mobs and Towers. Enables jaks Ultimate ability.
•Basic attack: Punch in a straight line.
Red buff enables these combos:
-If jak jumps before he basic attacks, he does a downwards attack, dealing more damage to minions. and creating a small shockwave. Dealing a small amount lf additional magic damage.
-If Jak jumps after he basic attacks, he does an additional upwards atttack that throws enemies into the air for a very short period.
•Skill 1: Spinning attack that hits everything around jak.
if jak has red eco buff, deal additional magic damage and gets red effects.
•Skill 2: Roll-dodge, slow dodge with good range. If Jak has blue eco buff, becomes a "kira like" dodge, becomes alot faster, and slows enemies if you dodge through them.
•Skill 3: The Orange Lightning: Throws jaks companion Daxter. Daxter holds people in their place, immobilizing them for a short period of time. (This one idk tbh maybe you guys know something better?)
•Skill 4(Ultimate) Jaks Ultimate has no cooldown but can only be used if he has a Dark or a White Eco Charge ready.
Black Eco Ultimate: Jak transforms into Dark Jak and essentially does the spinning electricity attack from the jak 2/3 games. Rooting enemies and dealing high physical/magical 50/50 damage.
White Eco Ultimate: Jak tranforms into White Jak, becomes etheral for 5 seconds, jak can move around, can not be attacked, can not attack, heals half of his HP (gains alot of shield if hp is full) and gains a double jump for the duration. (White wings)

Jecht from Final Fantasy X. He would be a perfect fit in the Offlane/Jungle role. Big sword melee basic attack, a fire-y AoE ability (think Aurora ice ring but fire or grux cone but fire), a fire-y gap closer punch that leaves a trail of burning fire (think Shinbi dash or Aurora ice wall but leaves an ignited oil streak like iggy), fire-y ranged blitzball he kicks at opponents to stun them and ignite them with a DoT (think combination of Narbash thunk and ignited DoT when iggy lights someone on fire). His passive could be something in the mobility category like Dekker double jump or Aurora double jump without the simulacrum. Ult could be his Final Aeon transformation form that makes him bigger/faster gives health/damage/aoe fire and a giant sword (think a mix of Rampage/Serath/Aurora ults).

A man in heart boxers that chucks explosives and stomps faces barefoot. Talking cat Donut chills on his shoulder and fires laser beams from her eyeballs. Ultimate could be protective shell, to make him impervious for a time - or, alternatly, the Doomsday Scenario.
Kaladin Stormblessed - Stormlight Archive
Default skin is Bridgeman Kaladin, Kholin Guard would be a premium skin, haha. Melee character with a spear, with a jump ability that ramps up with levels. secondary is Surge of Adhesion, where Kal pulls ranged attacks to him, with a chance to dodge them when they hit. Ultimate would be Fist/Second/Third Ideal, giving Kal a huge boost to attack speed, cooldowns, and at the third level of the ult, a set of shining blue armor that provides mitigation. I have no idea how you would balance all this.

Give me Gambit from X-man. Make him carry, and his auto attacks are him throwing cards at you. His ult can be him leaping into the air and coming down with his staff, causing damage in a aoe area around him and giving him 20% movement speed for 3 seconds after his ult is casted.
From mobas? Easily various kits from Heroes of the Storm, as they have some of the more unique kits ever made in a moba. Some of them would even translate into interesting mechanics 3d. Like deathwing being able to fly around and land anywhere, morales having the medvac, generally the idea of structures like building the bunker on blaze teammates can get into or literally building power and structures like an rts on probius, a inside your teammate champ like abathur, two people in one like chogall, I mean shit even relatively simple concepts like a healer that literally shoots their healing into you is wide open design space for predecessor that is mindboggling they haven't gone in for given it's literally a 3rd person shooter moba.

He had a stun, a shield that would detonate if not taken care of, a DMG buff at the cost of health and his ultimate would temporarily increase his lifesteal by 50/75/100% for 20 seconds, healing surrounding allies up to 20%.
A lot of people played him as a Magic damage character because his skills were scaled off Magic damage. However, if you played built him Physical Damage, you could 1v1 any champion. He got a rework in 2014 because he was so broken.

It should be a Jungler and have a pounce ability that stuns a web wall that stuns/slows etc.

Secondary: throw blades at an enemy hero or monster dealing damage and pulling yourself to the enemy hero/monster

Primary: Smash the ground in front of you for an icy aoe slow.
Secondary: Throw the axe at an enemy hero or monster freezing them for a 1.25 second stun.
Ultimate:
Blades of Chaos: long fiery chain whip blades with crazy attack sped and burn for dot.
Axe: Steel-esk leep into the air and come down smashing the axe creating a large icy stun
Axe mode is basically Aurora with no escape
We don't have a hero that can be a carry or jungle pick yet. We have some serviceable offline adcs and Wraith is explicitly a hybrid. Let's get a hybrid jungle-carry. Samus would be perfect.
CD reduction on abilities every time he hits an enemy. It would have to be small if it included the auto attacks but could be a bigger reduction if it was abilities only.
Honestly, I keep trying to think of OW heroes that would be good adds to Pred, and I think Baptiste is the only real option aside from maybe Bastion???
I'd disagree here. There's a reason Paragon,/Predecessor world works together so well. The characters fit together. Each race difference is from the province they're originally from. They work in unison (the 3)
Marcus Fenix would annihilate.
Passive: Gains magic pen from being damaged, temporary max hp after dealing physical damage. Shields are converted into max hp at a 1.15x rate. Both effects persist for 7 seconds after combat ends.
Ability 1: Sprint - Marcus sprints forward for up to 3-5 seconds, pushing minions out of the way and damaging them. If Marcus collides with an enemy hero he stops sprinting and uses his chainsaw to damage the enemy for 0.25 seconds and stunning them. (Physical damage)
Ability 2: Grenade - Marcus equips a grenade with a 0.5 second fuse. Pressing Fire key will lob the grenade allowing it to bounce once before setting its fuse and exploding, alt fire key will swing the grenade in a melee attack and anything the grenade collides with it sticks to... if an enemy walks within 250 units it is armed and explodes. (Melee attack/being hit by the robbed grenade is physical damage, explosion is magic damage)
Ability 3: Torque Bow- Marcus switches weapons to wield a torque bow. Fire up to 6 shots which deal physical damage on impact and magical damage on detonation. Cooldown begins once final shot is fired or ability is recast to end early.
Ultimate: Covered Turret- Marcus drops a bundle on the ground which unfolds into a mounted machine gun. After 0.5 seconds of build time Marcus gets on the turret and begins to fire continuously for 3 seconds. The front of the turret has blocking geometry to protect from ranged return fire, and the area behind the turret is sprayed with hot bullet shells which damage and push back enemies. (Magic Damage)

Cloud Strife from FF7 would be cool. His abilities would be like 3 different elemental attacks from his materia stones, and then his ult would be like his limit break ability

Assault Rifle w/ Chainsaw combo would be damn fun.
Crouch+running from gears would give him a great mobility skill, and if you run into an enemy hero while active you stun them for 1.25 seconds while you chainsaw them.

Pistol sword wouldn't work, what would work is a full sized bolter and chainsword, base kit he runs around with the bolter, maybe make it so he is forced to single load it through the side because the mag is broken or something,

Second is a combat roll, any attack during the combat roll is a guaranteed crit,
Third is a channelled buff, removes any debuffs and provides minor healing, he is marked on the map for the enemy team to see, and gains increased attack speed and damage,
Ult, stows his bolter away to pull out his chainsword for lifesteal damage and attack rate increases, if he's facing an enemy he gets a speed boost and can reactivate the abylity to do a jump to the target character, enemies that shoot him in the back ignore armor
Bowser
Passive: higher armor rating against ranged attacks than against melee.
Skill 1: breathes three spread-out bolts of fire that move slowly and penetrate enemy units, dealing big damage.
Skill 2: retreats into shell and spins, gaining move speed and armor. Deals damage on impact. Uncontrollable, moves in direction of movement at activation and bounces off walls.
Skill 3: Big jump and slam, dealing damage and slowing in small area (yes, just way worse Steel ult)
Ult: summons X (1-3, grows with ult level) Koopa kids that surround him, mimic him and take blows for him. Basically grants a big shield and damage multiplication that reduces as the shield diminishes (Koopa kids die)
I would say Asta (black clover) or Kirito (SAO) those two characters would be a good fit for either offlane or jungle

CD reduction on abilities every time he hits an enemy. It would have to be small if it included the auto attacks but could be a bigger reduction if it was abilities only.

I'd disagree here. There's a reason Paragon,/Predecessor world works together so well. The characters fit together. Each race difference is from the province they're originally from. They work in unison (the 3)

Marcus Fenix would annihilate. Passive: Gains magic pen from being damaged, temporary max hp after dealing physical damage. Shields are converted into max hp at a 1.15x rate. Both effects persist for 7 seconds after combat ends. Ability 1: Sprint - Marcus sprints forward for up to 3-5 seconds, pushing minions out of the way and damaging them. If Marcus collides with an enemy hero he stops sprinting and uses his chainsaw to damage the enemy for 0.25 seconds and stunning them. (Physical damage) Ability 2: Grenade - Marcus equips a grenade with a 0.5 second fuse. Pressing Fire key will lob the grenade allowing it to bounce once before setting its fuse and exploding, alt fire key will swing the grenade in a melee attack and anything the grenade collides with it sticks to... if an enemy walks within 250 units it is armed and explodes. (Melee attack/being hit by the robbed grenade is physical damage, explosion is magic damage) Ability 3: Torque Bow- Marcus switches weapons to wield a torque bow. Fire up to 6 shots which deal physical damage on impact and magical damage on detonation. Cooldown begins once final shot is fired or ability is recast to end early. Ultimate: Covered Turret- Marcus drops a bundle on the ground which unfolds into a mounted machine gun. After 0.5 seconds of build time Marcus gets on the turret and begins to fire continuously for 3 seconds. The front of the turret has blocking geometry to protect from ranged return fire, and the area behind the turret is sprayed with hot bullet shells which damage and push back enemies. (Magic Damage)
I think the ultimate should be the hammer of dawn, it has been the ultimate weapon since forever.

Marcus Michael Fenix: Main character in Gears of War. Made by Epic too, so the character would fit perfectly. Assault Rifle w/ Chainsaw combo would be damn fun. Retrigger to jump off) Ult: Either an offensive ult with his bow, or a defensive ult with his shield. Passive, no idea. Something that gives him sustain because I see him as a brawler.
I would add a Space marine that has a bolter pistol and a chainsword.
Would be cool as support/solo. Ultramarine as base skin. Then other skin be like salamander, blood angels, etc.
Fu*k it imma give it a kit: Passive: lover the HP, stronger he becomes Skill 1: shoot with bolt pistol and slows targets, has 3 charges Skill 2: makes dodge to the direction he moves, next attack enhances after dodge Skill 3: Goes into chain sword rampage, gaining extra armour pent. and attack speed Ult: Call in an drop pod near you, you can get one of three items and use them for 30 seconds. Cooldown of this skill starts after ult ends. The items are: Thunderhammer for big damage Jump pack for mobility Heavy bolter for long range damage. Yeap its OP asf
Pistol sword wouldn't work, what would work is a full sized bolter and chainsword, base kit he runs around with the bolter, maybe make it so he is forced to single load it through the side because the mag is broken or something, First abylity he chucks a grenade, Second is a combat roll, any attack during the combat roll is a guaranteed crit, Third is a channelled buff, removes any debuffs and provides minor healing, he is marked on the map for the enemy team to see, and gains increased attack speed and damage, Ult, stows his bolter away to pull out his chainsword for lifesteal damage and attack rate increases, if he's facing an enemy he gets a speed boost and can reactivate the abylity to do a jump to the target character, enemies that shoot him in the back ignore armor

So many choices for his ult. Would be cool if as he levels up he goes thru the super Saiyan stages, could be his passive.

Solid snake . Raiden in cyborg form. Donkey kong. Bowser. Globox. Riku. Frieza.(like severogs stacks but he changes form as the stacks get higher)
Bowser Passive: higher armor rating against ranged attacks than against melee. Skill 1: breathes three spread-out bolts of fire that move slowly and penetrate enemy units, dealing big damage. Skill 2: retreats into shell and spins, gaining move speed and armor. Deals damage on impact. Uncontrollable, moves in direction of movement at activation and bounces off walls. Skill 3: Big jump and slam, dealing damage and slowing in small area (yes, just way worse Steel ult) Ult: summons X (1-3, grows with ult level) Koopa kids that surround him, mimic him and take blows for him. Basically grants a big shield and damage multiplication that reduces as the shield diminishes (Koopa kids die)
