2 dashes and an aoe stun as an ult? Plus a buff that gives him bonus attack speed and a stacking on-hit debuff for his autos? Brother I’m all for hero ideas but you definitely went Action RPG with this kit not MOBA
Even AI knows that every champ must have a % health true damage on-hit passive We're fucked.
U forgot the stun at the end!
AI went trough so many LoL's heroes i think, one can say waaayyyy too many.
