Coffeeguards

The mask is not it's own layer, though the UI of procreate might lead you to believe otherwise. Just continue drawing as normal with ""both"" selected, as you are selecting the correct layer and the mask is technically just parented to the other lager. In another program like Photoshop, the mask is usually displayed to the right or left to avoid this confusion.

Thanks, that makes sense. What it's not letting me do is manipulate just/either of the two drawing layers using the arrow tool. My goal is to stretch and distort them
