I've definitely seen ToyaKasa (and its shippers) get bashed unfortunately! Especially on Pjsk TikTok it is pretty widely disliked and anyone who ships ToyaKasa is hated on. Not sure about other platforms, although from what I've seen from the Twitter fandom I can also see this happening there.

You won't get bashed for shipping ToyaKasa, but keep in mind that the people who headcanon them as siblings might feel uncomfortable about this.
