start a ticket - there’s been issues recently with cash out. keep pressing if they don’t understand initially. better that then waiting days then waiting more days until they can fix your account
"Keep pressing" isn't doing anything right now. I first emailed March 11 and got one unhelpful response, absolutely no acknowledgement of any of my follow ups or new requests.
Ignore the other comments. This is happening to a lot of people right now. Prolific just is not responding.

I've been waiting for over a month to cash out. Multiple tickets, minimal communication. At this point, I'm just assuming I got screwed out of my time.
Ah, I don't know then friend. All you can do is file a ticket and wait. Seems like others have been having issues too but it's been smooth sailing for me.

That £31 waiting to be approved looks delicious!!
Most likely something to do with your account if you have surpassed the waiting period from your last cash out.
I'd think as much, but there's no indication anywhere on the page as to why.
