It’s about being late for a meeting. The first part is her basically mentioning they talked about this meeting yesterday and that he’s repeatedly/ always late for meetings. Then the shut the fuck up, and he doth protest a bit more.
She’s pissed off because he’s late to the meeting, even though he was informed of it yesterday, he’s angry because the yesterday she was referring to— the notice was much too late he didn’t get it till he was almost home, just like every other time they wanted to have meetings
Russian is even better for cursing, out of German, English and Russian (the three languages I speak fluently) Russian is for sure the best for heavy cursing, German is best for ranting and English is best for insults which won't get you killed lmao
Serbian cursewords are insane, and saying them sounds much harder than in russian, at least to my ear (slovenian).
The most brutal i ever heard would translate to 'may a horse with a bloody dick fuck your sister on your mother's grave', nothing can beat that, brutality-wise.
My favorite to use is 'picka ti materina', translated to 'your mother's cunt', it carries much more punch than any english or german or even polish/russian cursewords i know.

They have a myriad of variations of this kind of thing, and it's not always the standard fluids in the standard orifices either.
Being able to speak both languages, swearing in English is way more satisfying. You can put a lot of hate and anger into a single word in English than in Mandarin/Cantonese which is usually a whole sentence.
If you watch JoJo in Japanese some characters will say shit in English at the funniest damn times. Part 3 in particular has a main character (Joseph) who does that and it's hilarious
Many years ago, I am watching soccer / football at a bar - premier league. A Guy next to me make asks the guy next to him to teach to swear in turkish. Turkish man says, "'Fuck you' works in any language"
Because it seems like he swapped languages just to use that phrase. It's unexpected considering no one is speaking English, and it doesn't seem like a setting to be cussing at people like that. He also then not only randomly switches to English, curses this lady out, but says the curses in the funniest possible tone. So maybe all of that stuff together.
