If there was no secondary exit in this building, it would not be in operation. Deadbolted doors are still a means of egress. I know because I inspect buildings

It's honestly unreal to me that my nearly 80 year old grandpa who has gone through 2.5 strokes wakes up every day, hobbles down the stairs to eat breakfast prepared by his wife, and then says to himself:
"Time to detail my entire house and property" and then he fucking does it.
Backbreaking work every single day, and then he finishes it all off by watching "The News" which just makes him angry enough that he can't sleep... and so the cycle repeats.
He's not happy.
How, in 2024, is filming a site designated for children not considered possible casing for a mass shooting or kidnapping. I get amendment rights, but any loser can claim to be an auditor, this shit deserves an FBI flag.
He did not, in fact, drive away… let him press charges, claim indigent, have a PD defender go to the DA and say all charges dropped or we go to jury trial. DA will request 1 year probation and anger management, say no, DA will drop charges, even if tire iron actually gets charged, which I think it will be more like “everyone calm down and go home”
They only arrested the creep. The parent was only required to give a written statement. The creep returned the next day after being released and was promptly arrested again.
He hasn't figured out that there are people that are going to laugh their asses off at the threat of "you're going to go to jail." If the cameraman is who I think it is, he's currently sitting in a Missouri jail, and will be for quite some time.

I’m guessing this was a “first amendment audit”. I usually like what they do, even though they’re generally assholes about it.
