Man that’s a good watch. How does she not understand that that whole thing could have been avoided by just shutting the fuck up and listening to what the guy was saying?
I love them also. The thing I love is that they're so easy to avoid, and yet people try so hard to fuck themselves up by being stupid. Flight crews are underpaid and underappreciated. Anytime they want to bounce some moron, I'm all in.
And why the cheap, no carry-on seats rarely allow for advance check-in. Still need to wait in line just to print a pass because of entitled assholes and their giant "personal items".
Yet the airlines refuse to crack down on this shit at the gate and instead love charging more and more extra fees and cutting down on basic amenities for economy.
I always love the "you are entitled to one carry-on item in the overhead bin and one personal item underneath the seat in front of you" mantra every airline says in the gate area. Every time I think "well that's a fuckin' lie."

A lot of times with these airport freakouts, it is a combination of alcohol and benzos (sedatives/anti-anxiety meds). The mixture causes crazy side effects for some. Also, some people are just alcoholics.
Yeah I think a lot of these are just from people who are anxious about flying taking a benzo or two and then having a few drinks at the airport and getting absolutely blasted without realizing it
I get that flying can be scary, things can go wrong in a big way, but imo that's just more reason to stay completely sober. If the plane gets into an accident I want to be as able as I can to evacuate.
I always drink when I fly because I dont like flying. I have also been on over 100 flights.
I generally have some duty-free booze on me and if the plane is experiencing any kind of emergency it’s all going down the hatch. I dont care about being cognizant enough to escape the other hatch in the off chance it is an escapable situation.
At the same time… I took a Xanax that my mom gave me because I was freaking out about something (not very smart of my mom) then promptly went to my grandparents where my grandfather for the first time in my 28 years of life offered me some shots. Of course he hasn’t offered me them since. My gram fell asleep before the shots and the night ended in my popop carrying my fucked up ass piggy back style in his old age to a bed. I’m just saying that at most peoples super fucked up, we still don’t act like this
Yep been there done that luckily this happened before cams. Benzos plus even a single beer enhanced the intoxicating effects exponentially. Learned that one the hard way I can only imagine how fucked people get if they do more just a single drink.
I've had the unfortunate life experiences to learn most people shouldn't drink to the point of being drunk. Very few hold their alcohol as well as they think they do.

I fly 3 to 5 times a month for work. Seattle to Boston. I have been on auto pilot more than once, thanks to delays and the free booze in the Alaska lounge. Never once had anything other than a sleepy flight. Don't blame the booze on her shitty behavior.
I've been hammered on airplanes. Especially international flights, and I just don't get how people can't keep themselves in control. Drinkings for fun. Not craziness. Plus just be good to those around you. It's not hard.
I think a lot of these instances are sleeping pills or benzos kicking in too fast and mixed with alcohol, not just booze by itself.
A little bit of booze plus Ambien can be a wild experience and you'll have like no recollection of it even. Crazy.
Gonna second this. I've definitely had too many waiting for my flight once. Just gotta take it a bit slower and be more cautious moving and talking. Once you get seated, you're good. Although, probably still not wise to get too smashed in case of an emergency, because you'd want to be sober for those lol.
All this lady had to do was be like "You're right. I think I drank too much. Can I perhaps have a glass of water, sit for a bit, and then could you maybe reconsider letting me on the flight?"
Same! My ex and I use to hit the bar before flights, like 7am flights. We just got the giggles and passed out mid flight…. Baby girl needs help. That’s not a rational reaction… AT ALL!
