I saw a fight like this in the target electronics section and the security was just sitting there holding up the TVs and shit that we’re getting run into while people were getting beat with curtain rods

The employees in this video 100% could lose their job because of this video. They should have called police, at that point that's their job.
I worked in the corporate office of a large security company. Your job as a security officer is only to “observe and report.” So see it and write int in a report. In this case they should also probably call law enforcement. We would fire an officer if they intervened in something like this as it opened the company up to liability.

I found that the less other options to get basic necessities nearby the better the Walmart was since it attracted more than just bottom barrel people.

One rule to live by...You should never get involved in hood fights because there's a good chance you'll get hurt or shot. They don't have the same moral compass as civilized folks which is why they have emotional outburst in public and fight wherever their emotions take them. Not worth it. The most I would do is call 911 and stay far back.
