Where's the bmp? And the png? You didn't make shit, you slapped an ai generated pic in here, called it a boot screen and are hoping someone will write a tutorial for you on how to make it a boot screen.
One of the biggest beef I have against AI art is the fact that they don't do "niche" or "minute" stuff right.
Like, you can probably use AI art to help you visualize some sort of scenario or feeling, but if you want it to not get a lot of details wrong, one way or another you'll still have to fix it up yourself. ^((It's kinda why artists fear it - their jobs will not be "stolen" per se, but reduced to something much more passive and submissive, which seems worse.))
Yeah, this could be cleaned up very easily. Move a controller so it's plugged into a port, fix the text, add the correct controllers and voila. It would actually look pretty good.

For mine, I took an actual picture of the device, running a game (Wipeout 3), then filtered it a little bit. It's pretty!
A computer took existing imagery and made a picture, yes.

i love ai art, but please at least take some effort and clean the image, once you think its good. writing and the controller cables messes it up.
