I did this and I'm still getting booted back to the main menu. Did you install the games through portmaster first and then copied the game files or did you just copy the files straight from the "RetroHandheld Ports Pack" archive and it worked?
did you copy the sh file as well before installing with Portmaster? When I copied the folder and sh file first and then go into portmaster to install tmntsr, it says reinstall. I click that and all the gamedata files are erased. So then I copy the files over again but don't rewrite the files installed through portmaster, still no luck. This is pretty frustrating because I have no issues with installing other ports.
Also, just to make sure, you're using MuOS, correct?
Yes, I copied the sh file, once you reinstall with Portmaster it should just work. I didn't do anything else. I do think the first time I launched it it took a while to actually load, maybe a few minutes. Yes, I'm using MUOS.
It's a known issue. Check out the discord server for a replacement 'progressor' file. Once you replace that file, it should load.

Did you update portmaster? That's all I got lol also find Shredders revenge in port master. 😀
So you went into Portmaster and installed Shredders Revenge and then copied the game files over after? Is this on MUOS? It works for me.
That's exactly what I did. The game files came from Steam. I copied them according to the directions.
If you search for "RetroHandheld Ports Pack" on Archive. Org pretty much every Portmaster port is there. The TMNT from that page worked for me.

I might have actually did it in reverse order. I think I copied them first and then installed with Portmaster.

I did what fuelledbypbj recommended. Replacing the progresser file fixed it
where the file "fuelledbypbj" sir, mine still doesnt working sir 😭
