Oulet average price seem to be 450$, can range from 400-500 depend on model and if they are second or first. If you strap for cash, eBay/FB marketplace/Gumtree is the solution for your RM Williams woe. I routinely find new/light used pair for 1/3 to 1/2 RRP.
The south warf outlet in Melbourne told me that due to eofy stock take they have only received about 50 pairs of boots for the last week but normally receive close to 200 pairs a week. It might be the same at the Gold Coast outlet right now. If you have to drive far maybe wait a week or two.
Hey just give them a call. Let them know you’re after a Lady Yearling in your size, and see what they have in stock and what colours. The SA might even be able to keep an eye out for something for you or put a pair aside for 24hrs if they’re a popular colour and likely to sell quickly!
Outlet is great, especially if you are not after craftsmans as all other boots are way more heavily discounted.
The caveat is that they don't know what they will get and stock on site might be fairly low - so you need to check with them (calling works, going to store and establishing connection with floor staff works better).
Some of my best RMWs are from outlet, and not seconds. I did need to ask staff to go and check in storage, but it was totally worth it, saved around 2000$ in total doing so.

Great advice, thank you!
