Again, and no disrespect here, but are you sure you looked at it correctly? I know for a fact she has a knife now bc I just pulled up a clip my friend took last week of when he played Cav and got an interrogation. I paused the clip many times to check it, and she is still indeed holding a knife

He's just mistaken, they changed the knife for a fist when downing an operator (not interrogation) as cav, but that's because knifing someone to injure them didn't make sense so it was changed, not because of censorship

Probably also explains why, when her character model was redone, they took the bloodstains off her gloves. Also, I believe the rework on Caveira's character model also involved them retconning her blood type indicated on her chest rig, and gave her a tanner skin tone.

Aruni’s is a part of her kit, Azami’s is her literal ability in knife form, Zero’s is a nod to his own game, and Cav’s makes sense as she’s trying to incapacitate, not kill. technically they all make a lot of sense, and no others would. but i still think the idea of going through and giving the different units their own knives, or even giving everyone their own knife, would be very cool. or just allowing for knife customization overall.
